Overview
A full-day course covering whatever outdoor elements of the Rock Climbing Instructor syllabus you would like help with.
Often, but not always, participants are most keen to look at rigging the various group rope systems (top/bottom ropes and group abseils) and how to prevent and deal with common problems. No matter what syllabus areas we look at on the day, the focus will be to simplify the principles and practices, thereby helping people develop a toolbox of skills which you feel comfortable and confident to use. Along the way, we’ll also pass on our hard-earned experience, plus a few tips and tricks, so that you can become the best Rock Climbing Instructor possible.
During the course, you’ll get lots of opportunities to ask questions, practice techniques, and get feedback, all with the aim of enabling you to approach your assessment and/or work as a Rock Climbing Instructor with much greater confidence.
